As the Technical Business Analyst, Mitch oversees all things technology at Lex Medicus, ensuring systems and processes are constantly improved, whilst also managing ISO 27001 (information security management) compliance.

Having completed a Bachelor of Information Technology (Professional) at La Trobe University, Mitch is constantly expanding on this knowledge through industry training and certifications.

Mitch takes a strategic yet pragmatic approach to systems and process management, drawing on extensive IT consulting experience across both healthcare and legal sectors. He has a unique ability to understand challenges from a business context and communicate complex technical solutions in a manner easily understood by all stakeholders.
