Estelle has completed her MBA at Monash University, as well as her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Business (Marketing) bringing a comprehensive understanding of both the human psyche and business strategies to her role.

Raised in a family deeply rooted in the hospitality industry, Estelle gained early insights into business dynamics with firsthand exposure in establishing new business and navigating the complexities that come with it. Estelle’s journey in operational excellence continues at Lex Medicus, where she understands the importance of aligning internal processes with external growth strategies, making her a versatile leader with a holistic approach to organisational success.
