Ms Carla Ferrari

Ms Carla Ferrari is an experienced Forensic Psychologist and Expert Witness. She is the Director and Principal Forensic Psychologist at Ferrari Consulting Group, with a specialised focus of the interface between law and psychology

Ms Ferrari earned her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology in 2010 and is fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and endorsed as a Forensic Psychologist. She is also a full-time member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS), a Fellow of the APS Forensic College, and a member of the American Psychology-Law Society, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (USA), and the Global Institute of Forensic Research.

Ms Ferrari has completed professional development in the area of fitness to stand and conduct mental impairment assessments and undertaken training for the use of numerous psychometric risk assessment tools. She also has substantial experience in both the private and public sectors, having worked in emergency departments for seven years before moving into private practice.
