Dr Mark Chemali

Dr Mark Chemali is a highly experienced anaesthetist affiliated with several leading hospitals in Sydney, including North Shore Private Hospital, The Mater Hospital, Northern Beaches Hospital, and Sydney Adventist Hospital.

His extensive medical journey began with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Monash University in 2008, after which he worked as a pharmacist. Driven by a passion for medicine, he pursued a medical degree at The University of Sydney, graduating in 2013.

Dr Chemali’s career in medicine includes general medical training at Nepean Hospital in 2014 and 2015, followed by significant roles in intensive care and operating theatres as a senior resident at Royal North Shore Hospital in 2016. He completed his formal anaesthetic training at Royal North Shore Hospital from 2017 to 2021. He has worked as a Specialist Anaesthetist, predominantly in private practice, since 2022.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Chemali has contributed to the field through publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is also expanding his expertise by pursuing a Diploma in Law through the Legal Profession Admission Board.
