Dr Andrew Jakobovits

Dr Andrew Jakobovits is a Gastroenterologist specialising in liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, peptic ulcer disease, alcohol and substance abuse, and tumours.

Dr Jakobovits currently works in private consulting at the Cabrini Hospital. Additionally, he is a member of the Visiting Medical Staff at the Alfred Hospital in the Gastroenterology Unit and teaches as a Senior Lecturer at Monash University’s Department of Medicine at the Alfred Hospital.

Dr Jakobovits is certified to conduct WorkSafe evaluations for the Victorian WorkCover Authority and has been an independent medical examiner for over ten years.
